Jeri S. Bauman, a resident of Elephant Butte, NM, born March 31, 1954, in Albuquerque, died September 2, 2000. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jean D. Hollenbach. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Tom Bauman of Elephant Butte; her father and step-mother, Red and Jean Hollenbach of Albuquerque; step-sister, Randee Flowers and husband, Alan of Midlothian, VA; and step-brother, Keith A. Cooper and wife, Donna of Rio Rancho; aunts, Virginia Barta of Ft. Mojave, AZ and Betty Lozano of Harker Heights, TX; and uncle, George Hollenbach of Arcadia, CA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jeri was an honor graduate of the UNM Dental Hygiene Program and worked as a dental hygienist in Albuquerque before moving to Elephant Butte. Jeri was a licensed amateur radio operator, call letters KC5ERA. Private services have been held at Del Norte Baptist Church with Associate Pastor Greg Bland officiating.
