Evelyn E. Rieden, 90, a resident of Albuquerque since 1979, died Thursday, September 28, 2000. She is survived by her son, Robert F."Bob" Rieden and wife, Barbara of Tijeras, NM; daughter, Patricia E. Temen and husband, Thomas of Villa Park, IL; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Bertha Downey of Albuquerque; and nephew and nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred R. Rieden in 1957. Mrs. Rieden was born and raised in Chicago and lived there until 1979 when she moved to Albuquerque. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church and also Palo Duro Senior Citizens Center. Services will be held Monday, October 2, 2000, 1:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with The Reverend Harold T. Nilsson officiating. Services will also be held at Lewis Funeral Home, At the Circle, 7600 West Grand, Elmwood Park, IL, Thursday, October 5, 2000, 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Irving Park Cemetery in Chicago, IL. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, Sunday, October 1, 2000, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Attn: Melissa Vialpando, 5800 Lomas Blvd. NE 87110.
