Gloria M. Hardy, age 73, died on Thursday evening, September 27, 2000. Mrs. Hardy is survived by her sisters, Bertha White of Carlsbad, NM, Aurora Martinez and her husband, Carlos Hector, Josephine Runnels and her husband, Robert of Norfolk, WV, Margaret Dye of San Antonio, TX; her brothers, Charlie Romero and his wife, Bertha, Horace Romero and his wife, June of Weatherford, TX; and many nieces and nephews. Her family thanks her for her love, friendship, her service to the family, and her special devotion to her nieces. A Rosary will be recited for Mrs. Hardy at Queen of Angels Church, 1100 Indian School Rd., at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, where the Mass will be celebrated following at 7:30 p.m. The burial will take place on Saturday at Ft. Sumner Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mark Martinez, Carl Martinez, Floyd Hursh, Michael Morse, Michael Hursh, and Chris Salazar. A visitation will preclude the Rosary at 6:30 p.m. Arrangements by the Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
