Honey Hanlon, 62, a resident of Albuquerque for over 30 years, passed away May 25, 2000. She is survived by her son; Chris Hanlon of Albuquerque, step-grand daughter; Lily Robles, and friends; Evangeline Robles, Jane Frandsen and Paula Fazio all of Albuquerque. Honey was preceded in death by her husband; John L. Hanlon. She is a former Elks lodge member here in Albuquerque. Honey loved writing poetry, cooking, sharing recipes, traveling, classical music and dancing until her health did not allow it anymore. She also tutored prison inmates. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will he held Tuesday May 30, 6 pm at First Family Church, 4701 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Arrangements by Aspen Funeral Alternatives, 1935 Juan Tabo NE (323-9000).
