Obituary for Hoehne

Charles Richard Hoehne, 68, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully at home in the arms of his loved ones, on May 21, 2000. Mr. Hoehne was the beloved husband of 43 years to Mrs. Sadie Hoehne. He is survived by his sons, Richard J. Hoehne and wife, Viola of Belen, David a. Hoehne and wife, Theresa, Andy Hoehne and wife, Wanda of Phoenix, AZ, and Jerry A. Hoehne; two sisters, Gloria Montoya and Esther Romero; one brother, Julian Ernest Hoehne and wife, Marcella; 11 grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Hoehne was preceded in death by his parents, Julian and Teresa Hoehne; and a brother-in-law, Joe R. Montoya. Mr. Hoehne was born in Santa Rosa and a member of the Catholic Church. Mr. Hoehne worked in the grocery industry for 36 years. After retirement he enjoyed fishing with his brother and sons. He was very active with his church. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday evening, 7:00 p.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1860 Griegos NW, with visitation after 6:30 p.m. Father John Jazinski, reciting. Mass of Christian Burial will be recited Wednesday morning, 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, with final viewing at the church after 9:30 a.m. Father Aragon, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Richard Hoehne, David A. Hoehne, Andy Hoehne, Jerry A. Hoehne, Richard Hoehne Jr., and Ernest Hoehne. Honorary will be David Romero, Andy Paiz, Joe Jojola, Albert Mirabal, Larry Cheek and Jimmy Sanchez. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd., in charge of arrangements.
