Obituary for Arias

Raymond Arias, a loving 39 year old dad, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, went to his final resting place on April 25, 2000 in Roswell. He was born on March 13, 1961 in Roswell, he shared most of his life with Darlene Martinez of Santa Fe. During his brief stay here on earth he was blessed with two sons, Raymond Anthony Arias of Santa Fe and Jimmie Ray Arias of Fort Sumner, NM. Raymond leaves behind many loved ones, his mother, Nancy Palladino and husband, Jerry of Albuquerque; brother, Peter Arias and his wife, Melissa of Mansfield, TX; and sister, Teresa Arias and fiance, Bruce Torres of Santa Fe; his father, Raymond Arias and Ramona Garcia of Albuquerque; half-brothers, Johnny Arias, Leonard R. Arias, Leonard J. Arias; step-brother, James Garcia; and step-sister, Rosemary Garcia. Lord, you have taken Raymond to be with you now, we will cherish the memories we have, we ask that you watch over him and keep him for us until we meet again, in the name of your son. Amen. Memorial services for Raymond will be held on Friday with Rev. Lonnie Melendez officiating, at 2:00 p.m., with viewing beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
