Raymond J. Herrera, 47, was called to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 19, 2000 after a long illness. Raymond was born on August 27, 1952. He is survived by his mother, Julie S. Herrera; his son, James Herrera and fiancee, Cindy Gallegos of Albuquerque; wife, Elaine; sons, Tony and Mike, all from San Francisco, CA; close friend, Samantha Baker; brothers, Paul S. Herrera and wife, Orie, Lee Rudy and Herman Herrera, all from Albuquerque. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe C. Herrera; and brother, Ronald S. Herrera. Raymond's wishes were that he be cremated and no services be held. The family would like to thank all their family and friends for the kindness and support shown to them during their recent loss.
