Obituary for Ford

Rosemary D. Ford, age 74, resident of Albuquerque for 49 years, died on February 16, 2000 at her home in Albuquerque. Mrs. Ford is survived by her husband of 52 years, John P. Ford; her daughter, Colleen Meseroll and husband, William of Santa Rosa, CA; sons, Dan Ford and wife, Susan of Seattle, WA, Jerry Ford of Albuquerque; Jeff Ford and wife, Elizabeth of Corrales; five grandchildren, Molly and Katie Meseroll, Andrea and Sam Ford, and Carlene Ford. Mrs. Ford was active in church activities at Holy Ghost Parish for many years. She served as an officer for the Marie Amadeus Shelter for Homeless Women and was also active with Birthright of Albuquerque serving as a counselor, board president and treasurer. She was an ardent golfer and belonged to the Los Altos Women's Golf Association and Gourmet Golf Group. A prayer service will be held at Holy Ghost Church, 833 Arizona SE, 7:00 p.m., Friday, February 18, 2000. Mass will celebrated be at Holy Ghost Church, 833 Arizona SE, Saturday, February 19, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Joe Vigil, Celebrant. Interment will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
