Bill Hitchcock, 70 passed away May 28, 2000 at the Veterans Hospital. A native New Mexican, he served his country in the US Navy aboard the USS New Jersey during the Korean War. A true patriot, he is survived by his eight children, Patrick, Kelly, Andy, Jeff, Karen, Rick, Pauline, and Grace; numerous grandchildren, and other family and friends who will miss him and will always love him. A memorial service will be at 3:00 pm on Thursday, June 1, 2000 at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th St. NW 505-343-8008
