Obituary for Stafford

Vivian Tache Stafford, 85, a lifelong resident of Roslyn, Washington, died Tuesday, April 18, 2000. She is survived by her son, Robert C. Stafford and wife, Betty Jo of Albuquerque; grandsons, William R. Stafford of Walnut Creek, CA and Brian C. Stafford and Veronica of Albuquerque; great-grandchildren, Nicolas C. Stafford and Issac J. Stafford, both of Albuquerque; brother, Robert Tache of Cle Elum, WA; nephew, William H. Tache and wife, Jan of Hawaii; and many other cousins and friends in the Cle Elum, Roslyn, WA area. Mrs. Stafford had been visiting her son in Albuquerque and became ill. She was a member of the Episcopal Church in Roslyn, WA. During her stay in Albuquerque she made many friends, thus there will be services in Albuquerque. Vivian will be dearly missed by all her family and many friends in Albuquerque and the Cle Elum-Roslyn area. Services will be held Saturday, 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Deacon Bob Contreras officiating. Services will also be held in Cle Elum, WA. Interment will follow at Roslyn Cemetery in Roslyn, WA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of NM, 216 Truman NE, 87108. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
