Mrs. Martha L. Ross, 75, a lifetime resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully at home in the arms of her loving family on September 16, 2000. Mrs. Ross is the beloved wife of 55 years to Joseph L. Ross. She is also survived by two daughters, Martha Sanchez and husband, Daniel and Theresa Zemke; one brother, Alfred A. Lovato and wife, Bertha; three grandchildren, Alicia and husband, William Wright, Michelle Zemke and Julie Ann Sanchez; two great-grandchildren, Joseph Santiago Wright and Daniel Glenn Wright; and many other loving family members and friends. Mrs. Ross was a member of the Catholic Church. A Rosary will be recited Monday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW, with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 1:30 p.m. Father Manuel Viera, Celebrant. Visitation will be at the church after 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow at the San Jose De Armijo Cemetery. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW, in charge of the arrangements.
