Edwin J. Holbrook, age 85, a resident of Albuquerque did Wednesday, February 9, 2000. He is survived by his wife, Valeria Holbrook of the family home; and niece, Florence Lucero. Mr. Holbrook was married in 1952, in Wagon Mound, NM to Valeria Kempinski. He served in the United States Amry during World War II and the Korean Conflict and retired in 1958. Mr. Holbrook then was an elementary school teacher until his retirement. Memorial Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 14, 2000, at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, Lomas at Tennessee, with Father Michael Cimino, Celebrant.
