Obituary for Sena

Daniel A. Sena was born in Rowe, NM on July 21, 1914. Mr. Sena died on December 29, 2000 following a short illness. He is preceded in death by his son, Larry who died in 1989; his brothers, Nestor and Severo; and sisters, Adeline, Emma, and Nancy. He is survived by his wife, Alice, of 61 years; his children, Allen and wife, Helen, Stella, Jack and wife, Rosina, Donald and wife, Kathy, Kathlyn Friar and husband, Bill, Evelyn Unruh, and Robert; his brother, Frank Sena and wife, Grace, of Denver, CO; 17 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. A rosary will be recited at Salazar & Sons chapel on Tuesday, January 2, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. where a visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 3, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at San Clemente Church in Los Lunas. Burial will follow at San Clemente Cemetery. The church is located at the corner of Luna and Coronado in Los Lunas, NM (exit 125 at the Los Lunas exit, go east on Main Street past Hwy 314 one block and turn north on Luna). Pallbearers will be Mike Sena, David Sena, John Sena, Randy Unruh, George Sanchez, and Mike Myers. Arrangements by Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
