Obituary for Kendall

Elveria V. Kendall, 90, a resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, December 29, 2000. She is survived by her son, Don Kendall and wife, Leah of Albuquerque; four grandchildren, Jesse Kendall, Karen Mittler, Mark Kendall and Michael Kendall; eight great-grandchildren, Leslie Ann, Kevin, Lea, David, Thomas, Hunter, Jesse and Bryan; brothers, Wilber Welden and James Welden, both of Midwest City, OK; sister, Henrietta Crosby of Kingsland, TX; brother, Carroll Welden of Florida; and sister, Janet Sellers of Mineral Wells, TX. Mrs. Kendall was a member of Highland Baptist Church; and also a leader in Baptist Women's Work in Guthrie, OK and Corpus Christi, TX. Services will be held Wednesday, 2:00 p.m., at Highland Baptist Church, 417 Palomas Dr. SE, Albuquerque, with Pastor Winfred Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Pallbearers will be Robert Ingram, Michael Kendall, Jesse Kendall, Robert Schenck, David Godown and Jim Chambless.
