Elsie O. Mulligan, 89, died Saturday, December 23, 2000 in Albuquerque, NM. She is survived by her daughter, Joan Costello and husband, Vincent of Albuquerque, NM; sons, Brian Mulligan and wife, Linda of England and Michael Mulligan and wife, Elke of United Arab Emirates; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William"Bill" Mulligan. Cremation has taken place and services will be held in April 2001 when family members from overseas can attend.
