Helen M. House, 73, a resident of Albuquerque since 1954, died on May 13, 2000. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Remstad and husband, Carl of Boulder, CO, and Pamela Johnson and husband, Steve of Huntington Beach, CA, and Carol Marie Marquez and husband, Carlos of Tucson, AZ; sons, Robert Dale House Jr. of Hermiston, OR and James R. House and wife, Carolyn Ann of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Andrew Remstad, Margaret Remstad, Peter Remstad, Zachery House, Dawn House, Kelly House, Melissa Johnson, Stephanie Johnson, Mario Marquez, Analisa Marquez, Celina Marquez; sisters, Agnes Fatora and husband, Frank, Ann Marie Drendel, and Imelda Strobel and husband, Don; brothers, John Spokas and wife, Elizabeth, Frank Spokas and wife, Pat, and Cas Spokas; and ex-husband, Robert D. House, Sr. Ms. House was a member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. She worked as a nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital and also worked for St. Francis Garden Nursing Home. She loved dancing, cooking, baking, and gardening. Memorial Rosary will be recited on Sunday, May 21, 2000, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary-Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Father Bob Keller reciting. Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 22, 2000, 12:00 noon, at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5310 Claremont Avenue NE 87110, with Father Bob Keller, Celebrant. Interment of cremains will take place at Saint Peter and Paul Cemetery in Naperville, IL at a later date.
