Coy C."Butch" Phillips II, 34, of Albuquerque, passed away Monday, May 8, 2000 in Albuquerque. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home in Waco, Texas with the Rev. Roy Humphrey officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Waco. The family will received friends and relatives Friday evening, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Butch was born on April 18, 1966 in Nuhrenburg, Germany, the son of Coy C. Phillips and Sandra Young Phillips. He is survived by his mother, Sandra Greer and husband, Lloyd of Hewitt, TX; his father, Coy C. Phillips and wife, Mae of Harker Heights, TX; two sisters, Diana Melino of Plano, TX and Susan Blackburn of Trophy Club, TX; brother, Colby Greer of Hewitt; three nephews, Dustin Call and Corey Clark of Plano, Blake Collier of Trophy Club; grandparents, Corbin and Zelma Benham of Mulvane, KS, Pattie Kindley of Wichita, KS; aunt, Patricia Young of Albuquerque; uncle, Danny Phillips of Wichita, KS.
