Eugene Victor Nally (Gene-"UncleBud") passed away on Monday May 8, 2000 after complications from emphysema. He was born on December 25, 1926, the 12th child of Matthew and Mary Nally in Detroit, Michigan. Gene retired from ABF in 1989 as a teamster member of local #492. He was a member of the teamsters for 37 years."Uncle Bud" was an avid outdoorsmen, he loved camping, fishing, and playing guitar with his friends. He also loved his little dog, Ajax. He will be missed by his many relatives, friends, and neighbors. He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Evelyn of the family hom in Los Lunas; three loving children, Terry and his wife, Cindy; Vickie Parker and her husband, Charley; and Mary Abeyta; 7 loving granchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. at Romero Funeral Home.
