Kelsi Conn was born September 6, 1993 in Albuquerque to Patrick Neal Conn and Kristine Van Winkle Conn. She lived formerly in Rio Rancho and moved to Ft. Collins three years ago. She was a first grader at Bauder Elementary School and attended Vineyard Christian Fellowship and belonged to AWANAS. She played dolls and babies with her sister, and also loved to play kitty cat. She enjoyed jumping on the trampoline, riding her bike, climbing trees, fishing, and going to the mountains. Kelsi is survived by her mother, Kristi Conn of Ft. Collins; her father, Patrick Conn of Rio Rancho; two sisters, Kayla and Kourtney; her maternal grandparents, Arlene and Leon Knox of Ft. Collins; her paternal grandparents, Marie and Harry Nestor of Rio Rancho; her maternal great-grandparents, Milda Reu of Ft. Collins and Harold and Bernice Van Winkle of Appleton, MN; her paternal great-grandmother, Gladys Conn of Phoenix, AZ; and several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Richard Van Winkle and James R. Conn. The family requests that any memorial donations be made to the Children's Hospital, in care of Goes Funeral Care, 3665 Canal Dr., Ste. B, Ft. Collins, CO 80524.
