Obituary for Geuss

Donald William Geuss died on May 4, 2000 in Albuquerque. He was born in Easton, PA and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He moved to Albuquerque where he was employed at Sandia Labs for 28 years. He was an active member of the Bible Teaching Center, a member of the Hillsboro Volunteer Fire Department, and Co-Director of Shilo Youth Camp. Survivors include his wife, Rev. Bonnie Geuss of Albuquerque; children, mark Geuss and wife, Alva of Albuquerque, Christy Garcia and husband, Tom of Rio Rancho, Daryl Geuss and wife, Cynthia of Albuquerque, Glenn Geuss and wife, Michelle of Albuquerque, Donald Geuss and wife, Josephine of Tulsa, OK and Gary Geuss and wife, Roxanne of Rio Rancho; foster children, Diane Stevenson and husband, Stewart of Albuquerque, and Bradley Morgan of Denver, CO; brother, Dale Geuss and wife, Mary Margaret of Easton, PA; 18 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and three foster great-grandchildren. Services are scheduled for 8:00 a.m., Monday, May 8, at Chapel of Sandia Funeral Care, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE, with Pastor Terry Matthews and Rev. Bonnie Geuss officiating. Interment will be at 10:00 a.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe. Sandia Funeral Care, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
