Mathew J. Sparks, age 48 of Cheyenne, WY passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2000 at United Medical Center West. He was born January 15, 1932 in Des Moines, Iowa. Mathew was a magician and photographer. He married Crystal Townsen on May 19, 1995 in Albuquerque. Mathew belonged to Christian Magician's Association. He is survived by his wife, Crystal of Albuquerque; sons, Don Sparks of Denver, CO, Ben Sparks of Cheyenne, WY, Rob Davis of Portland, OR, Ryan Davis of Albuquerque, NM, Roman Davis of Albuquerque, Russell Davis of Albuquerque; daughters, Misti Sparks of Cheyenne, WY, Becky Sparks of Laramie, WY, Catherine Hoelscher of Albuquerque and Charlotte Hoelscher of Albuquerque; parents, Marie Sparks of Los Lunas, NM; brothers, Robert Sparks of Albuquerque and Lee Sparks, Des Moines, IA; two grandchildren, Aspen and Desarea. Services will be Thursday, August 3rd at 2:00 p.m. at Schrader Chapel with Pastor Bob Ross. Cremation has taken place. Interment will be at Mountain View Memorial Park.
