Obituary for Daugherty

William M. Daugherty, 79, a resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday, July 30, 2000. He is urvived by his daughter, Patricia Marianetti and husband, Paul of Albuquerque. Mr. Daugherty was preceded in death by his wife, Jean; and his two seeing eye dogs, Marty and Sunny. He served in the Army Air Corps in WWII. Mr. Daugherty retired from the civil service, having worked with the FAA. He was a 32 degree Mason, and a Shriner. Mr. Daugherty was an amateur ham radio operator for 60 years and his call letters KC7EN have now joined the Silent Keys. Services will be held Friday, 10:00 a.m., at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE, with Rev. Canon Albert W. Tarbell officiating. Entombment will follow at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum.
