Kirk Allen Webb, 23, a resident of Hobbs, formerly of Belen, passed away on March 28, 2000. Mr. Webb was born on January 25, 1917 in Hobbs, the son of Steve and Nancy Webb of Hobbs. In addition to his parents, Steve is survived by his brothers, Brent Karr of Hobbs, Ron Hipp of Salem, OR and Curt Capps of Midland, TX; sisters, Ann Gossett of Gallup, Cheryl Capps of Dallas, TX and Stephanie Webb of Mississippi; maternal grandparents, Duel and Dorothy Richardson of Hobbs; paternal grandmother, Donna Capps of Midland, TX, formerly of Belen; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Austin Capps; and three brothers, Wayne, Kevin and Kenneth. Memorial services will be Saturday, April 1, 2000, 2:00 p.m., at Jefferson Street Church of Christ in Hobbs, with Mr. Virgil Webb officiating. Chapel of Hope Funeral Home, Hobbs, NM, in charge of arrangements.
