Obituary for Heebink

Margaret (Peg) Heebink, 91, quietly passed away at home on January 30, 2000. She was born in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin on June 5, 1908, the daughter of Charles and Margaret (Maggie) O'Neil. In 1926, she married Myron"Mike" Heebink. They moved to Baldwin, Wisconsin in 1929 and operated a dairy farm before retiring and moving to Albuquerque in 1950. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike, in 1982; her brother, Francis Eugene O'Neil, in 1975; and her grandsons, Michael Clausen, in 1978, and Kevin Skinner, in 1990. She is survived by her four daughters, Marilyn Stutt, Gail Skinner, Nancy Mason and husband, Larrie, all of Albuquerque, and Georgia Clausen Kraus and husband, Harold of Nisswa MN; and one sister, Carol Norelius of Lindstrom, MN. Also surviving are ten grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; three nephews, and other relatives and friends. She will be interred at Sunset Memorial Park, followed by a private memorial service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in her memory be made to the American Cancer Society.
