Obituary for Brundige

Jerry Max Brundige went to be with our Lord and Savior on January 26, 2000. He was born in Mangum, OK, August 10, 1943 to George and Suzie Brundige. Jerry was a very brilliant, loving, compassionate and talented young man who taught school, was a mortician, a park ranger and then went on to professional housecleaning. Jerry was an avid cat lover who spent all his free time caring for sick and abandoned cats. He lived for his animals. Jerry will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Jerry was preceded in death by his father, George; and sister, Betty Sue. He is survived by his mother, Suzie; brothers, Andrew and wife, Ruth, Earl and wife, Beth, Bill and wife, Carol, Raymond and wife, Noreen; sisters, Virginia and husband, Robert Zinn, Peggy Kimmons and Judy and Hank Niblo. Jerry had numerous nieces and nephews; and a very special friend, Paula Follis, who thought of Jerry as her own son. Paula, you have been extremely kind, helpful and wonderful to our Jerry and to you, Paula, a very special thank you. Also, thanks to the Parsons and Barnetts for their help and support. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial will be held in Mangum, OK on Friday, February 4, 2000 at 3:00 p.m.
