Obituary for Gallegos

Harold R. Gallegos, 33, beloved and devoted son, father, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew and friend, was called home to be with the Lord, Monday, September 2, 2000. Harold was born on June 23, 1967 and was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque; he was a bus driver for the Sun Tran City Bus Service of Albuquerque; he was a parishioner of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. He is survived by his loving parents, Robert and Terry Gallegos; his precious son, who he loved very much, Nicholas Gallegos; one sister Pamela Musser and husband, Chris; nephew, Sampson Musser; one brother, Adam Gallegos of Denver, CO. Also surviving are his grandfather, Nasario P. Garcia; numerous cousins, aunts and uncles; also very special family friends, Richard Quintana, Julie Ammons, Buffy Vigil, Tony and Mike Maestas; very close cousins, Frankie and Tina Gallegos, and their family, Diane Gallegos-Brown, husband, Ron, and their family; and his very special aunts, Elsie Gallegos and Julia Jaramillo. Harold will be greatly missed by his loving family, and by those who loved and knew him. Visitations will be today, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Garcia Mortuary, located on 8th and Stover, where a Rosary will be recited this evening at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1860 Griegos Rd. NW. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Tony Maestas, Mike Maestas, Frankie Gallegos, Richard Quintana, Randolph Garcia, Paul Romero Jr., Gary Jaramillo and Ron Brown.
