William P. Conklin, 37, a resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday, August 20, 2000. Mr. Conklin worked for United Parcel Service as a driver for 14 years. He had begun a new career in computer technology at Philips, and was pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering at T.V.I. Mr. Conklin is survived by his wife, Martha; son, Matthew; father, Ben Conklin; mother, Wanda Oliver; siblings, Debbie Oliver, Karen Newbolt, Rick Conklin and Karen Brown; step-parents, Joyce Conklin and Vern Oliver; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was loved dearly and will be missed by all. Memorial services will be held Thursday, 11:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Pastor Mick Erickson officiating.
