Obituary for Yuska

Julius Anthony Yuska, 69, passed away Monday, August 14, 2000. He had been a resident of Albuquerque since 1972. Following a military career with the Air Force, he continued his lifelong love of being a musician, playing the piano and organ with numerous bands in Albuquerque. The Lobo football and basketball teams were a passion with Jules, and fishing was his favorite form of relaxation. Survivors include his son, Mark E. Yuska and his wife, Janelle; daughter, Julie Buckalew and her husband, Hardy; grandchildren, Allison and Lauren Yuska; and his former wife, Sylvia Yuska, the mother of his children. A celebration of his life will be held in the Parish Hall at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 1500 Chelwood Park NE, Albuquerque, NM, Friday, August 18, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Animal Humane Association of New Mexico, Inc., 615 Virginia SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
