Obituary for Siskin

Howard Leonard Siskin, 75, a resident of Albuquerque since 1979, died Tuesday, August 15, 2000 after a short illness. He is survived by his wife, Florence Siskin of Albuquerque; son, David Lane Siskin of Cape Coral, FL; brother-in-law, Hy Pitt and wife, Jeanne of Milwaukee, WI; special niece, Barbara Ginsberg and husband, Julius of Philadelphia, PA; and cousin, David Dordick and wife, Maryann of Illinois. Mr. Siskin was born in Chicago, IL. He was a WWII veteran serving in the US Navy. Services will be held Friday, August 18, 2000, 10:00 a.m., at Congregation Albert, 3800 Louisiana Blvd. NE, with Rabbi Joseph Black, officiating. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. Pallbearers will be Joe Chapman, Harvey Scheiner, Jim Spatafora, David Mains, Allan Zimberoff, and Graham Matthews.
