Clara M. Rivera, 85, passed away August 12, 2000. She was a longtime resident of New Mexico, loved to paint, knit, and was an assistant nurse at Bataan Hospital for many years. She is survived by her two sons, William E. Johnson and Alfred A. Johnson; sister, Mary Ellen Foster; daughters-in-law, Mary Johnson and Carmen Johnson; eight grandchildren, Annette Quezada, Erma Johnson, Marshall Johnson, Ray Johnson, David Johnson, Sandra Lujan, Alfonzo Lujan, and Billy Johnson; 18 great-grandchildren; and numerous other family and friends who loved and will miss her. A Memorial service will be held at the home of Annette Quezada and Ray Johnson, 2020 Sunshine Rd. SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105, on Wednesday, August 6, 2000 at 7:00 p.m., phone 873-0248.
