Obituary for Mcintosh

Lydia Rosenberger McIntosh, 93, died peacefully at home, August 11, 2000. Born April 3, 1907 in Sarles, North Dakota, she had been a resident of Albuquerque since 1934. She was a registered nurse, a 66 year member of Central United Methodist Church, and attended the North Valley Senior Citizen's Center daily. She is survived by her daughter, Alice Vogel and husband, Mike; her son, Stuart McIntosh and wife, Julie; her six grandchildren, Amy Alderete and husband, Horacio, Hope Trigge and husband, Matt, Alicia Vogel and Ed, Guy Vogel, Mary Vogel, and Josh Vogel; one brother, Archie Rosenberger and wife, Helen; and many nephews and nieces. Lydia was blessed with an unusually long, healthy and happy life. She died as she had hoped, while working in her garden. Dr. Charles Crutchfield officiating. Funeral services will be held August 17, 2000, 2:00 p.m., at the Sunset Memorial Mausoleum, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Pallbearers will be Dr. Jim Cole, Eric Dutton, Col. George Faulhaber, Fran Klein, Guy Vogel and Josh Vogel. Arrangements are by Fitzgerald & Son Funeral Directors.
