Dorothy D. Magatagan, 91, a resident of Albuquerque from 1912 to 1999, passed away, Friday, August 4, 2000 in Carmichael, CA. She is survived by her son, Pat Magatagan of San Antonio, TX; daughter, Sharon Norenberg of Carmichael, CA; brother, Philip Dotson of Ponca City, OK; sisters, Mabel Baggett of El Paso, TX and Gertrude Rathgeber of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Shannon Kelleher, Todd and Jeff Magatagan, Brian and Kevin Norenberg; great-grandchildren, Christopher and Megan Kelleher, Kyle, Nathan and Adam Norenberg; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, V.H. (Doc) Magatagan; and brothers, James R. Dotson and William S. Dotson. Memorial services will be held Thursday, 11:00 a.m., at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE, with Dr. Charles Crutchfield officiating. The family respectfully requests, that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 2425 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento, CA, 95917.
