Charles"Van" P. Van Ausdal, 87, passed away February 29, 2000. He was born in Eaton, Ohio and retired as a Civilian Personnel Director at Kirtland Air Force Base in 1968. He is survived by his wife, Nina; their children, Jackie Rupp, Keith Van Ausdal, Debbie Loftis, Darrell Giacomelli, Dana Maxwell; their spouses; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one sister in Dayton, OH. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 3, 2000 at United Methodist Church, 4th and Lead, Reverend Clyde Stanfield officiating and reception following at the Albuquerque Country Club.
