Vernon Edgar Parks, 73, a resident of Albuquerque died Sunday, June 18, 2000. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Parks of Albuquerque; stepson, Charles A. Malm and wife, Patricia of Albuquerque; step-grandchildren, Gavin, Carin and Preston; sisters, Lois Booth, Vivian Brogdon, Betty Ivy and Marvel Tittle all of Colorado; mother-in-law, Frances Bowles; and many other relatives and friends. Vernon served in the U.S. Navy and he retired from Fidelity Financial as a Senior Vice President. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
