Mr. Joey P. Lucero, 42, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on November 15, 2000. Joey is survived by his wife, Marcelita; his daughter, Lovella Lucero; his son, Shaun Lucero; his mother, Filia Lucero; sisters, Sylvia DeGrano and husband, Tommy and Yolanda Lucero; his brother, Harold Lucero and wife, Mary; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Joey was a member of the Catholic Church. Visitation will be Monday in the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Church, 5415 Fortuna NM from 10:30 am until 11:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. by Father Joel Garner. Interment will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Patrick Lucero, Kenneth Mitchell, Gerald Mitchell, Larry Tapia, Manuel Padilla and Albert Marquez. Honorary pallbearers will be Shaun Lucero and Kevin Lucero. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW in charge of arrangements.
