Rose F. Scheck, 79, a resident of Rio Rancho passed away Saturday, November 11, 2000. Rose was born in Nebraska on March 31st to William and Cecilia Lienert Rempe. She was married to her beloved husband, William on February 13, 1945. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends. Rose was preceded in death by her son, Anthony in 1974. She is survived by her loving husband, William; daughters, Nancy, Judith, Marilyn, Catherine; and son, David; sisters, Dorothy, Sharon, and Margaret; brothers, Paul and Joseph; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. The Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2000 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Rio Rancho with the Rev. Scott Mansfield as Celebrant. Graveside services and interment of cremated remains will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. A rosary will also be held on Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Rio Rancho Funeral Home.
