Davide Paul Moorhead, 44, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away at home on Friday, November 3, 2000. He was born in Gallup, NM on January 23, 1956 to June Prigmore Robertson, of Albuquerque, NM. and George W. Moorhead, of Phoenix, AZ. David served in the US Coast Guard and US Navy in the 1970's, and owned and operated a pool maintenance business. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Bert Prigmore of Albuquerque. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his two children, Joan Moorhead, of Albuquerque and Jonathan D. Conklin, of Sycamore, PA; three brothers, Allan Moorhead of Phoenix, AZ, Joel Moorhead of Elko, NV and George Moorhead of Phoenix, AZ; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Cremation has already taken place. A memorial service will be held at Monte Vista Christian Church, 3501 Campus Blvd. NE at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 10, 2000 with Dr. Fred Dorisse officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in David's name to the Monte Vista Christian Church Memorial Fund. -Thorne Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
