Mitchel M. Carter, 89, a resident of Albuquerque since 1952, died Saturday, November 4, 2000. He is survived by his sons, Joseph William Carter of Albuquerque, Mitchel M. Carter of San Diego, CA and Eric P. Carter and wife, Carole of Thorton, CO; daughter, Shannan L. Carter of Peralta; three grandchildren; brother, J. Clemont Carter of Colts Neck, NJ; and sister, Dottie Carter Hughes and husband, Sheldon of Park Forrest, IL. He is preceded in death by his wife, Helen S. Carter; and daughter, Neville R. Carter. Mr. Carter served in the US Navy during WWII. He was a member of the Former FBI Agents. Private services have been held.
