Ruth Josephine Horne, 96, born March 21, 1904, passed away October 5, 2000 following a brief illness. She was the wife of George Denniford Horne. She was preceded in death by her husband; and her son, George Denniford Horne, Jr. Mrs. Horne is survived by her daughters, Ruth Katherine Sherman and Winifred Martha (Fritzi) Franks and her husband, Philip. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Services will be private. The family suggests that memorial donations should be made to your favorite charity. Cremation arrangements made by the Sunrise Society of New Mexico, 891-8200.
