Hazel Safford, 83, a resident of Albuquerque, died Monday, June 12, 2000. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Reynolds and her husband, Ned; granddaughters, Debra Brennan and her husband, Kenneth of Kenosha WI, Brenda Bragg and her husband, Douglas of Albuquerque; great-granddaughters, Amanda Bragg and Abby Bragg of Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Safford of 49 years. Hazel enjoyed her life as a homemaker and caring for her family. The family would like to thank all those at Sunbridge Mission Manor-West Mesa and all those at Sandia Hospice who cared for Mrs. Safford. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 14, 11:00 a.m., at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
