Agnes P. Nieto, beloved sister, was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 7, 2000. Ms. Nieto was a lifelong Albuquerque resident and a parishioner of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She is survived by three brothers, Leo Padilla and wife, Anne, Gilbert Padilla and wife, Ida, both of Albuquerque and Louis Padilla and wife, Lupe of Chimayo, NM; two sisters, Clara Duran and husband, Herman, Dora Candelaria and husband, Rudy; and several nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by her loving family. A Memorial Rosary will be recited this evening, at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Garcia Mortuary, located on 8th and Iron. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday morning, 9:00 a.m., at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 412 Stover SW, with Fr. James Moore as Celebrant. Funeral services are in the care of Garcia Mortuary, 717 Stover Ave. SW.
