Obituary for Dossey

Howard A. Dossey, 67, a resident of Albuquerque since 1947, died Monday, January 10, 2000. He is survived by his wife, Joy Ann Dossey; son, Howard W. Dossey and wife, Yvonne; granddaughter, Patricia Fuentes, all of Albuquerque; and brother, Milton T. Dossey of Belen. Mr. Dossey was a bus driver for Albuquerque Transit Department for nearly 30 years. He was a longtime member of Riverside Baptist Church. Services will be held Wednesday, 10:30 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Rev. G.A. (Jerry) Minor officiating. Eulogy will be delivered by Rev. Dennis Lihte. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Pallbearers will be Howard W. Dossey, Milton T. Dossey, Jr., David Keeney, Thomas Kenton, Thomas Kenton, Jr., and Richard Coriz. The family would like to send special thanks to Agatha Sanchez-Allen and St. Joseph Dialysis Unit and also to Chris Walton and the entire staff at Albuquerque Manor.
