Obituary for Tate

Pamela K. Giesler-Tate of Moriarty lost her long battle with cancer on December 31, 1999, at the home of her parents in Stanley, NM. Pam was born in Monroe, Louisiana, on November 19, 1959, graduated from Canon City, Colorado High School, and had resided in Albuquerque and Moriarty since 1978. Survivors include three children, William Pyle and Tara Pyle of Moriarty and Chris Pyle of Stanley; parents, Bill and Barbara Giesler; brother, Jim Giesler and wife, Shana of Albuquerque; sisters, Anne Vanderbeek and husband, Tom of Edgewood, Karen Noel Armstrong and husband, Steve of Albuquerque and Sandra Richardson of Albuquerque; maternal grandmother, Hazel Dice of Grand Junction, Colorado; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 8, 2000, at 2:00 p.m. at the home of her parents in Stanley, with the Rev. Paul Gleason officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the UNM Cancer Research and Treatment Center.
