Betty P. Wall passed away Wednesday, December 29, 1999 in her home in Artesia, NM with her family at her side. Betty moved to Roswell with her family and her brother in 1944. She married Henry L. Wall on June 23, 1946 in Roswell, NM. She and Henry moved to Artesia, NM in 1955 and helped her husband to establish his medical practice. She is survived by her husband, Henry L. Wall; her sons, Robin G. Wall and wife, Barbi Burrows-Wall and Randy Wall, all of Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her parents, J.W."Bill" and Gertrude R. Grantham; and daughter, Kristi Lynn Wall; as well as her brother, Ben James Grantham. Family funeral services were held Friday, December 31, 1999, 10:00 a.m., at the First United Methodist Church in Artesia, NM, burial followed at Woodbine Cemetery, where she was laid to rest next to her daughter, Kristi Lynn. Betty was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church of Artesia, and a longtime member of P.E.O., having served as Secretary-Treasurer. Memorial contributions may be made in her name, if desired, to the First United Methodist Church, 500 W.
