Deacon Sotero Montoya passed away on December 31, 1999. Deacon Montoya is survived by his beloved wife, Rebecca. Services will be held at Santuario San Martin Church. Times of services are pending and will be announced. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW, in charge of arrangements.
