Obituary for Kelley

Lois L. Kelley, 74, resident of Albuquerque, was called home to be with the Lord December 30, 2001 after a short illness. She was born in Lubbock, Texas on November 9, 1927 to William Curtis and Susan (Sudie) Mary Gaddy. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Klleen Wendell Curtis "Kurt" Kelley. She is survived by her daughters, Susan Goss, Gwen Menapace and husband, Larry, Beth Fullman and husband, Michael; sons, William"Bill" Kelley and wife, Cassie, Troy and wife, Janie, sisters; Wilma Sandoval and husband, Johnny of Albuquerque, Winona Gray, Bernice"Cookie" Sampson; brothers, J.W. Sumners and wife, Bonnie, Emmett Sumners, Monty Sumners and wife, Lynda, Donald Sumners and wife, Peggy, many nieces, nephews family, friends and mom's precious dog, Baby. She had 20 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. She loved to go fishing and be with her family. Viewing and Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. and services will begin at 11:00 a.m. at Alameda Baptist Church 8818 2nd St NW on Saturday, January 5, 2002. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park. A reception will be held at the home of Tye and Laura Page. Pallbearers will be Del Kelley, Jerry Gollaher, Mark Gollaher, Brian Wilson, Tye Page, and Dennis Orndorf. Pastor Chris Carlson will be officiating. "Silent Night" will be sung by son, Bill Kelley and accompanied by Dorothy Smyth. Mom, we will miss you and your love everyday. Sleep in heavenly peace.
