Arthur A. (Tootie) Segura will lie in state today from 10:00 a.m. till the time of Rosary at Santa Barbara Catholic Church in Sile, NM. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. at the church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 11:00 a.m. also at the church. Interment will follow at the Sile Cemetery. Funeral Services are entrusted to Alameda Mortuary, 9420 4th Street NW.
