Obituary for David

James Joseph David, 83, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 30 years, and coming to New Mexico from New York, passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2002. James was born September 10, 1918 the son of George and Gertrude O'Farrel David in Cochrane, Ontario, Canada. He had been an iron worker before retiring. James was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and the Elks Lodge #2500 of Rio Rancho. He is survived by his wife, Suzanne David of Rio Rancho; three children, Georgina Quinn of Albuquerque, Gregory David and wife, Lorraine of Florida, and Daniel David and wife, Laurie of Corrales, NM; one sister, Eva Brady; and one brother, Harry David, both of Canada; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 8, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Arrangements by Vista Verde Mortuary, Rio Rancho, 892-9920.
