Dorothy Opal Cole, age 78, died January 8, 2002 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born March 27, 1923 in Claude, TX to the late Emery James and Clara Mae (Brunson) Goodin. She is survived by daughter, Patricia K. White of Albuquerque, NM; sister, June Gibbs of Ft. Worth, TX; brother, John R. Goodin of Claude, TX and numerous nieces and nephews. Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Cole in 1979. Dorothy graduated from Claude High School in Claude, TX and was a member of the Claude High School Alumni Association. Graveside Services and interment will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 12, 2002 at Fairview Memorial Park 700 Yale SE with Rev. Linda Dyer officiating. Strong-Thorne Mortuary 1100 Coal Ave SE is handling her arrangements.
