Mr. Paul Gutierrez, a 23 year resident of Albuquerque, died on Monday at the age of 54. Paul is preceded in death by his mother, D. Martha Gutierrez; and his brother, Adolfo Gutierrez. He is survived by his wife, Carmen; his father, Moises; his sons, Paul Jr. and wife, Cynthia, Richard and wife, Bianca; his daughter, Deanna; his brothers, Steve and wife, Candy, Benny, Joseph, Nathen, Epi Atencio, and wife, Hilda; his sisters, Susie Sanchez, Gloria Tafoya and husband, Melvin, Laverne Saavedra and husband, Gil; six grandchildren, Anthony, Christina, Angel, Pauline, Serena, and Janessa. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, January 24, 2002 at 7 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Chapel. The following night a Rosary will be recited on Friday at 7 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Cuba, NM. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church on Saturday at 11 a.m. Inurnment will follow at Cuba Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers are Paul Gutierrez Jr., Richard Gutierrez, Anthony Gutierrez, Ray Carabajal, Norman Maestas, Timothy Tafoya, Max Sanchez Jr., Lawrence Carabajal, and Mike Velasquez.
